Refund policy

At Meteorique, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted products. Each piece is made with care using premium semi-precious stones and is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

- The item delivered is incorrect or not as described.

- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind after order placement.

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

- Custom-made or personalized items.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Email us at info@meteorique.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

- Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging.

- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

- If your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Refund Process

- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

- For COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details for refund processing.

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at the moment. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone.

After 6 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

- Share clear unboxing videos/photos for validation.

- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
