1. Order Processing Time:
- We process all orders in a day.
- On public holidays and Sundays, orders are not sent.
2. Locations of Shipments:
- Right now, we ship all throughout India.
- If you have any questions about international delivery, send us an email at info@meteorique.in, and we would be pleased to help with unique shipping arrangements.
3. Schedules for Delivery
- Metro areas: three to six working days following shipment
- Non-metropolitan areas: 5–9 business days following shipment
- We will notify you in advance if there are delays because of courier problems or during busy times.
4. Cost of Shipping
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 within India.
- Free Shipping all over Delhi NCR
- There is a flat shipping price of ₹300 for orders under ₹2,000.A small handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD), which is indicated at the time of checkout.
5. Monitor Your Purchase
-You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your package in real time as soon as your item ships.

6. Security and Packaging
-Damage-resistant, environmentally friendly materials are used to safely pack each item.
-Double cushions are used to avoid damage of fragile things, particularly those made of stone.
7. Items that are lost or damaged
- Please provide us with unboxing pictures and a video within 48 hours of delivery if your shipment is damaged, tampered with, or incomplete.
- After assessing the problem, if appropriate, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
8. Handle & Delivery Concerns
- At checkout, please make sure your contact details and delivery address are correct.
- Re-delivery fees might be incurred in the event that deliveries are unsuccessful because of inaccurate addresses or unavailability.
